As an original professional testing device launched by Bosch, the EPS 200 features precise positioning and reliable performance, making it an ideal solution for small and medium-scale production and maintenance scenarios. Its core advantages and professional functions are highly matched with our production demands. It effectively fills the upgrade gap in high-precision common rail injector inspection, and promotes standardized, efficient and accurate testing procedures.
The Bosch EPS 200 integrates core capabilities including full-condition fuel metering, tightness and dynamic performance testing, high-pressure system and operating condition simulation, and standardized data management. It is fully compatible with solenoid and piezoelectric common rail injectors of Bosch CRI/CRIN, Denso, Delphi, Siemens and other mainstream brands, covering passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-road equipment, and meeting inspection requirements from China National III to VI emission standards.
Equipped with high-precision flow sensing technology, the unit achieves a resolution of 0.001 mL and data repeatability within ±1%. It accurately conducts segmented flow tests for pilot, main and post injection, as well as comprehensive detection of return fuel volume and high-pressure leakage. Meanwhile, it enables visual observation of spray patterns to accurately identify hidden faults such as needle valve wear and spring fatigue.
In terms of operation and practicality, the compact single-station design occupies less floor space and reduces maintenance costs. With a user-friendly touch interface and fully automatic testing procedures, the equipment is easy for operators to master.
Built-in with more than 2,400 sets of Bosch original factory databases, it supports one-click calling of model-specific test programs and automatic comparison between measured data and OEM tolerance ranges. A complete full-item inspection for one injector can be finished within 10 to 15 minutes, with standardized reports containing data curves and qualification judgments automatically generated. This realizes full traceability of the testing process and greatly improves inspection efficiency and quality management.
In addition, the constant fuel temperature system and multiple safety protection devices ensure stable and consistent test data, as well as reliable operational safety for staff.
