The Bosch EPS 200 Compact Common Rail Injector Test Bench is equipped with core functions including accurate metering of fuel injection volume under all operating conditions, sealing and dynamic performance testing, high-pressure system and operating condition simulation, and standardized data management. It fully supports solenoid and piezoelectric common rail injectors from mainstream brands such as Bosch CRI/CRIN series, Denso, Delphi and Siemens, and is compatible with passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-road machinery, meeting the testing requirements for all emission standards from China III to China VI. Adopting high-precision flow sensing technology with a resolution of 0.001mL and data repeatability ≤ ±1%, the equipment can accurately complete segmented flow tests for pre-injection, main injection and post-injection, as well as comprehensive testing of return oil volume and high-pressure leakage. It also enables intuitive observation of fuel injection atomization patterns and accurate identification of hidden faults such as needle valve wear and spring fatigue.
In terms of operation and practicality, the equipment features a compact single-station design with a small footprint and low maintenance costs, paired with a simple touch interface and fully automated test processes that allow operators to get up to speed quickly. With a built-in database of over 2,400 Bosch original factory standards, users can call up test programs for corresponding models with one click, automatically compare measured data with the original factory tolerance bands, complete a full test of a single injector in 10-15 minutes, and automatically generate standardized reports including data curves and pass/fail judgments. This ensures traceability of the testing process, effectively improving testing efficiency and quality control. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a fuel constant temperature system and multiple safety protection devices, which not only guarantee the stability of test data but also provide solid protection for the safety of operators.
