Bosch DCI 200 Single Common Rail Injector Test Bench

This is a single-station, high-precision original-equipment-grade dedicated test bench for high-pressure common rail injectors. Designed as an efficient calibration platform for small and medium-sized repair workshops and remanufacturing units, it serves as an entry-level professional model of the Bosch DCI series. Its core functions are as follows:

Compatible with Bosch CRI/CRIN series, as well as solenoid and piezoelectric common rail injectors of other mainstream brands, covering passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-road equipment.It performs segmented flow tests of pilot injection, main injection and post injection, together with return fuel flow measurement, high-pressure leakage detection, static and dynamic leakage inspection. It features a data accuracy of ±1% and a resolution of 0.001mL.It supports professional detection of advanced technologies such as VCC (Valve Closing Control) and NCC (Nozzle Closing Control) for China National V and VI emission standard injectors, to verify the dynamic response and closing performance of injectors.

It supports generating and writing Bosch IMA/NIMA correction codes, realizing original factory-level matching with vehicle ECU systems. It eliminates injection deviation and solves common faults including insufficient power, excessive fuel consumption and excessive emissions.

It supports a maximum rail pressure of 200MPa with a rail pressure control accuracy of ±5bar, and simulates idling, partial load, full load and transient operating conditions.Equipped with a constant fuel temperature system, it stably maintains the test oil temperature at 40℃±1℃, eliminating the impact of fuel viscosity changes and ensuring repeatable and consistent test results.The automatic back pressure setting function matches the oil return back pressure automatically according to the injector part number without manual adjustment, greatly simplifying operation.

Built with the official Bosch original database, it enables one-click access to standard test procedures for corresponding models, and automatically compares measured data with original factory tolerance ranges for qualification judgment.The single test cycle is about 15 minutes. It can automatically generate inspection reports containing flow curves, deviation data and correction codes, realizing standardized and traceable maintenance management.
