Denso DIT-V3 (DST Series) OEM High-Pressure Common Rail Injector Test Bench
The Denso DIT-V3 is an OEM-certified dedicated calibration test bench for high-pressure common rail injectors. As the core equipment to restore original performance and complete matching calibration in injector repair and remanufacturing procedures, it serves as the standard configuration for Denso authorized service stations and remanufacturing factories.
Full-Condition Dynamic Performance Calibration
It simulates full engine operating conditions (idle, partial load, full load and transient conditions), and conducts multi-dimensional performance tests on the full range of Denso solenoid and piezoelectric common rail injectors:
- Flow Characteristic TestHigh-precision measurement of segmented fuel delivery for pilot injection, main injection and post injection, return fuel flow and static leakage. It features a resolution of 0.001mL with data repeatability within ±0.5%.
- Dynamic Response TestDetects injector opening/closing response time, armature operating characteristics and high-pressure sealing performance, accurately identifying hidden faults such as needle valve hysteresis and sticking.
- Atomization EvaluationThe transparent viewing window enables observation of spray pattern, spray angle and uniformity, to verify whether the injector atomization quality meets OEM design standards.
