BOTEN CR1018 is a high-end multifunctional common rail test bench independently developed by Suzhou BOTEN. It is dedicated to the repair and remanufacturing of diesel fuel systems, providing one-stop testing and calibration for common rail injectors, common rail pumps, HEUI, EUI and EUP. Adopting precision standards comparable to imported equipment, it fully adapts to mainstream brands including Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Caterpillar.

1. Full-Performance Injector Testing

  • Flow Characteristics
    High-precision measurement of segmented fuel volume for pilot injection, main injection and post injection, return fuel flow and static leakage.
  • Dynamic Response
    Detection of opening/closing time, armature operation and high-pressure sealing performance to identify needle valve hysteresis and sticking faults.
  • Atomization Evaluation
    Visual inspection of spray pattern, spray angle and uniformity through a transparent window, fully compliant with OEM standards.
  • Electrical Testing
    Coil resistance & inductance, insulation inspection and BIP dynamic stroke testing.

2. Common Rail Pump / HEUI / EUI / EUP Testing

Supports flow and pressure calibration for common rail pumps of Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Caterpillar.
Complete high pressure, flow rate and leakage testing for Caterpillar C7/C9 HEUI injectors.
For EUI/EUP electronic unit pumps: dynamic testing of BIP, MDP and AHE, with accurate timing and fuel quantity calibration.

3. OEM-Grade Process & Data Management

Built-in original factory test procedures for Bosch and Denso, enabling one-click calling of standard working conditions.
Supports program storage, data traceability and report printing, meeting remanufacturing quality system requirements.
Equipped with high-pressure protection, overcurrent/short-circuit protection and over-temperature alarm systems, ensuring stable operation all year round.
