It is positioned as a standardized tool for repair workshops to conduct rapid inspection, fault diagnosis and basic calibration. Featuring fast testing, high accuracy, stable performance and easy operation, it serves as an entry-level professional equipment for diesel electronic fuel injection maintenance.
1. Precise Fuel Metering Under Full Operating Conditions
Covers four core working conditions: idling, starting, full load and pilot injection. It automatically measures segmented injection quantity, return fuel volume and total fuel delivery.Equipped with high-precision flow sensors with a resolution of 0.001mL and data repeatability within ±1%, fully compliant with China National III to VI emission standards.Compatible with solenoid and piezoelectric common rail injectors, including Bosch CRI/CRIN, Denso, Delphi, Siemens and other mainstream brands.
2. Tightness & Dynamic Performance Testing
Opening pressure test: Accurately measure injector opening pressure to identify nozzle wear and spring fatigue.Seat tightness and high-pressure leakage test: Detect leakage of nozzles, valve balls and control chambers to locate internal leakage, fuel dripping and poor atomization.Spray pattern observation: The transparent injection chamber enables visual inspection of spray angle, uniformity and atomization quality.
3. High‑Pressure System & Operating Condition Simulation
Rail pressure: 0–200 MPa (2000 bar) closed-loop control with an accuracy of ±0.1 MPa.OEM drive waveform output, matching the drive logic of multi-brand injectors.Constant fuel temperature control at 40℃±1℃ eliminates viscosity interference and ensures stable test data.Built-in high-pressure protection, overcurrent protection and emergency stop interlock for safety.
4. Data Management & Test Reporting
Preloaded with over 2400 OEM standard databases, supporting one-click program calling and automatic tolerance comparison.Fully automatic testing process, 10–15 minutes per unit. It automatically generates flow curves, test reports and qualification judgment results.Supports data storage, inquiry, printing and export to meet quality traceability requirements.
